Things that a Sister doesn't need to know

Ok, call me crazy but I honestly only know part of the story of which I am not going into. I am listening to my brother and some of his buddies talking about there days in the Navy and then I hear "I saved his life", "I almost died" and something about a submarine. Well that got my attention to say the least, so I focused more on the conversation to see who had said what. The first came from one of his buddies, the latter came from him. I remember thinking that the room was moving around me and that I was going to be sick. About then is when the conversation stopped, I have no idea why they stopped. Only that they did, for which I am grateful. I have never asked my brother about that to this day and never will. It is not that it doesn't mean anything, it is just that hearing someone tell you in detail about your big brother almost dying... well that is just...

So for those of you who see this and know it.... I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW! And yes dear brother that includes you! Mom if you read this you'll have to talk to your boy.

To Annette, thank you for your concern, but I am quite serious when I say I really don't want to know.

Just a footnote to this story, my brother served on the U.S.S. Midway along with a bunch of men that are loyal friends to him to this day. One, I am told, saved his life, for which I am forever in this mans debt.
